With more than 16 years of office administration experience, Erica Chamberlain provides administrative support to both staff and clients. She is the friendly voice that answers the phones and the first smile seen when clients and staff walk in the door.

Before joining Drake Inglesi Milardo, Erica worked as the office manager for a real estate team. She worked closely with clients both selling and buying homes, helping to streamline the process and managing the numerous phone calls, emails, and paperwork between agents and lenders to a successful closing. She also helped develop a new website and branding for the real estate team all while managing the daily office activities.

Prior to the real estate team, Erica worked as the office manager for SurveyWorks, Inc. a survey firm in Central Maine specializing in surveys for banks and small subdivisions. While there, Erica was a “Jill of all trades”, from answering phones to writing deed descriptions and everything in between to help keep the office running smoothly. She was instrumental in changing over the manual accounting/billing system to a computer version.

Erica earned her associate’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. When she’s not in the office she can be found spending time with her loveable mutt Isabelle, family and friends.
