Our consultants have extensive executive retained search experience and a vast network of executives nationwide. We then combine that with our firms’ expertise in providing professional assessments so that we can eliminate the guess work from the selection process.

Our executive retained searches are conducted on an exclusive retained basis and although our fees may be at the same rate as a recruiting firm, our approach and results are much different.
