Ray has served as President of Drake Inglesi Milardo for more than 16 years. His academic credentials include an M.A. and B.A. in psychology from Assumption College and a A.B. degree from Nichols College.

In the span of nearly twenty-two years in the business he has consulted to many well-known national and local organizations including: L.L. Bean, Staples, Inc., GTE, Eastern Mountain Sports, Hannaford Bros. Co., BIW, Shaw's Supermarkets, VNA Home Health Care, Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Martin’s Point Health Care, and Catholic Charities Maine.

Ray continues to be involved in all of the services offered by his firm. He has extensive experience teaching managers how to effectively lead change initiatives. Ray has also worked closely with numerous marketing and sales professionals. His programs and consulting expertise focuses specifically on helping these professionals to significantly increase their sales through proven psychological principles.

In recent years, Ray has concentrated much of his time helping professionals at every level develop to their highest potential. Increasing an individual's value to the organization results in a more competent and satisfied professional. As a result of Ray's work, executives at the highest levels seek him out to help sort out their most personal and professional issues.
