BRUCE
L. KATCHER, Ph.D.

Dr.
Katcher is a an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with
more than twenty years experience conducting customized employee
opinion and customer satisfaction surveys for organizations. His
national and international clients include Alcoa, Invensys
Intelligent Automation, Revlon, and Grace Construction Products.
Locally, he has conducted surveys for Timberland, Healthsource,
Hussey Seating Company, Barber Foods, Guilford of Maine, Fisher
Engineering, Mead Publishing Paper, and Portland Newspapers.
Bruce
attended Franklin and Marshall College and received his Ph.D.
from The University of Maryland. Prior to his consulting career,
he taught graduate and undergraduate courses at The University
of Maryland, Rutgers University and Upsala College. Before working
with Drake Inglesi Milardo, Bruce headed up the Organization
Research and Development group of the Boston office of The Wyatt
Company.
He
is a nationally recognized authority on employee and customer
surveying. He has delivered more than 50 invited national presentations
to organizations such as The American Management Association,
National Association of Manufacturers, National Retail Federation,
and Employment Management Association. Additionally he has
published more than 20 papers in professional journals based upon
insights gained from his survey experience.
He
is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology
and currently serves as the President of the Society of Professional
Consultants.
