Ernie
Lebel is Vice President of Human Resource Services. Ernies
distinguished career has covered all aspects of human resources
and he has been with local Maine-based companies as well as large
international organizations. Most recently, Ernie was Vice President
of Human Resources with Emery-Waterhouse in Portland. Prior to
Emery, Ernie was with Gates Rubber Company and International Paper.
While at International Paper, Ernie was Manager of Management
Development and focused on Management Development, Compensation
and Benefit Management.
Ernie is a native of Maine having grown up in Aroostock County.
He and his wife now reside in Portland. In addition to his HR
expertise, Ernie is also well respected for his long service on
boards designed to help Maine businesses, charities and individuals
improve business and human conditions in Maine.
