With more than twenty years in the business, Dr. Milardo has consulted to many leading national and local organizations including UNUMProvident, The United Nations, Wright Express, National Semiconductor, IDEXX Corporation, United Way of America, and Mercy Hospital.

Seb holds a B.A. in Psychology from Nasson College, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Ph.D. in Clinical/Social Psychology from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed psychologist in Maine.

Seb is involved in all the major service areas of his firm including outplacement consulting, executive team building, executive selection and a broad range of other organizational development activities. He is particularly sought out by executives for his insights on career planning, for his unique expertise in helping executive teams perform more productively, and for his ability to turn around problem managers.

Seb is a well-respected lecturer at the Colby Leadership Institute, and a member of the prestigious Maine Development Foundation's Leadership Maine program.
