Dr. Philip J. Smith is Vice President of Assessment Services. He offers over twenty years of experience in the assessment field. His primary focus is on candidate assessment work as well as consulting on talent management programs. Phil also provides executive coaching, outplacement and career counseling services. More recently, Phil has been involved in developing online assessment solutions for our clients. Phil provides ongoing consultative services to many well-known Maine companies including IDEXX, Wright Express, Hannaford Bros. Company, Myllykoski North America and Emery-Waterhouse.

Phil holds a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University, an MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maine.
